Mergent Online
On the Library Web page - and available on Library 2nd floor internet stations

  • comprehensive global company database, both U.S. public and international public-equivalent companies, including details on items from SEC filings such as business description, history, property, subsidiaries, officers and directors, long-term debt and capital stock. Financial statements are presented in "as-reported" form and in native currencies. Search by company name or ticker symbol, or search across all global boundaries to find companies that match specific financial and/or textual search criteria. Use Company Analysis feature to compile reports on selected companies.

Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage
On the Library Web page - and available on Library 2nd floor internet stations NetAdvantage includes the Register of Corporations: Public Companies, Register of Corporations: Private Companies, Industry Surveys, Monthly Investment Review, Stock Reports and Stock Reports: Closed-End Funds. Both the Industry Surveys and Stock Reports contain detailed financials.
